The ID Card is unfortunately in two pieces, split down the middle. It is dated November 18th, 1944, and measures 4 x 5. The card lists the name as Mc. Donough, Eugene M., the rank as Hauptmann, and the Identification number as 88890 IXII A. The photo of him shows the same
